There is a newer restaurant in Boca Raton that is making a name for itself. Copperfish Kitchen labels itself a A Modern Eatery Serving Globally-Influenced, Fresh Sustainable Seafood. To compete well in Boca Raton and with areas like Delray Beach and Deerfield Beach, a strong happy hour is a must. Copperfish Kitchen in Boca Center is going after that arena.
Unlike many restaurants, Copperfish happy hour applies to the bar and dine in area. Happy hour specials are Sunday to Friday 3-7pm, and Thursday all day (so no Saturday).
The restaurant location was previously Uncle Tai’s, in the same plaza as Tap 42, Morton’s, and Total Wine & Spirits. As you are walking towards Rocco’s Tacos, Copperfish is before the popular tequila bar on the same (right) side. Happy hour menu has a selection of wines, spirits, craft cocktails, raw bar, and small plate items. Mario’s Osteria entertains happy hour all day, every day, but Copperfish on a Thursday is a very popular destination.
View the happy hour menu and definitely try a Benchmark Old Fashioned.
